Profile and settings Issue

I can't access these two and its bothering me vape tried to help but couldn't figure it out. if it's something on my profile just take it of that's cool. I really don't want to delete and start all over. Help!

Unfortunately, I had to delete the original profile. It's all okay now with the new account...guess it was IPB playing silly buggers.
