I decreased from 225mg/day to 150mg/day 3 weeks ago after 3 years and have slept like a baby ever since. SLeep Sleep Sleep, that is all I ever want to do. Any suggestions? I recently went off Effexor, took 37.5mg steps down from 225mg, thinking it was causing some problems, but now that I'm off of it, the problems are still there. I'm just trying to decrease because I don't think I need as much as I am on. I increased when I was going through a hellish period, long over now. I'd go back up to the previous dose for just 1 day and then step back down and I'd be fine. I thought I didn't need as much as I was taking and now I'm going back on it. scaleywag Posted October 20, 2005 Author Share Posted October 20, 2005 I have consulted with my Dr., whom obviously was not aware of the extreme withdrawl symptoms you can experience that I have come to learn about only through this website!
