I am who I am, but still not sure of that!

Recommended Posts

I am so pleased to have found CrazyBoards.  Sometime in the recent past, I somehow added this site to my favorite's list, probably one early morning or late night while up with pain, but not quite awake, as I have no recollection of putting it there.  I clicked on it this morning, curious as to what it was and how it got on my favorite's list.  So.....here I am, grateful to be able to function this day.  I'm looking forward to learning how to use the site, which will take me some time as I'm probably at the lower end of the spectrum in terms of being computer literate.  I guess that's about it right now until I watch and learn and feel a bit more confident in just what the hell I'm doing anyway!

Don't know the abbreviations very well yet so will offer up my issues long form

Fibro

Depression

Chronic Nerve Pain

General Wierdness (of which I'm actually kind of proud of)

And probably something else I'm forgetting about in my fibro-fog but that's MY "normal"

hi susie and welcome to the boards!

yes, this is a great place, with heaps of med info (jerod's legacy), disorder info and awesome, supportive people. as jerod put it, 'by crazy people, for crazy people'.

i'm not sure about the other ones, but depression would be abbreviated as MDD for major depressive disorder. if you have any questions about stuff just post them here or read the info for newbies.

take care,

grouse.

;) Thanks for the great welcome!  I have read the newbie info and the abbreviations list, just have to get used to recognizing what they mean.  But as with all things, it will eventually come about.

Anyway, I'm excited to get started exploring.

Susie
