Olga, leg weights to try and maximise the activity. Legs are a bit sore today. 

 

(Tues) No Body Bal tonight as I have to go to a parent-night, instead I found a copy of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and did the Level 1 workout. Tiring!

I had to run some errands so I ended up walking for maybe 15 minutes. I'm feeling achey and virus-y so that's more than enough.

Took a half-hour walk with 3 dogs.  I'm starting to feel like a professional dog-walker.

45 minute walk in the park, and to grocery store and back

 

I really do much better exercising *after* work because it helps me reset my brain to home mode.

Half an hour walk with the pack and more trudging around with laundry baskets and buckets of water than I care to enumerate.

Just walked to the store and back to get ice cream for Mr W. Surprisingly, I have no desire for any.
