i'm back :-)

Hellooo everyone, just want to say i'm back :) been really busy focusing on getting better. CBT has been really helping me, and am starting to feel a lot better. My social anxiety is not as bad anymore, and i'm able to go outside and take the dog out for long walks with my partner.. :) What is REALLY gooood. So just thought a would let use all know i'm doing great. :)

Hi, Claire. I'm glad to hear that things are improving for you. It sounds like you've been working hard on the CBT techniques. Welcome back!

Hi olga, glad to be back. :) And av been working really hard on getting my life back on track, i can now see the light at the end of the tunnel.(and it feels great) :) Its just small steps at a time, but i'm getting there. :) x
