Billbobaggins Posted June 11, 2012 Share Posted June 11, 2012 Hi guys Newbie Agoraphobic 10yrs now, 90% housebound, get out 1-2twice a week with much pain, anxiety and effort.. Tried Many meds mega phobia on them...... sigh!!! Am i a lost case?... Most days i get up tired...to tired to even try to get out ? MY pc is my best friend........sad but true, i know some may related to that..... Male in his 40's Am i and old bag?? I hope some oldies about, most forums everyone is 18..lol....... thanks i hope to gain some help at least, what inch of it is left to try to fight on........... For me, it ebbs and flows, there are some times when I can get out of the house more than others. But I'd say 90% of time at home is fairly accurate. And I'd be lost without my PC. They can be such highly emotionally charged events as it is which makes it all the harder to make yourself go. Does your family know you suffer from agoraphobia?
