ispydork
So I've been having trouble sleeping the past two nights and for a-couple of weeks I didn't sleep afew months ago. But for awhile I was sleeping great. I had to switch off zanax cause it made my eyes burn. I switched to klonopin and that was working great. Sleeping all night! Until two nights ago and now I hardly sleep at all. I don't know if it's mania or the topomax (some say it causes insomnia which would make sense, since It was raised around the time it started). Maybe a combination of both? I just want to sleep like like I used to.
Zxrtpky7g
Can you try benadryl? It is for allergies, but it might be able to help you sleep.
esmereldaskysurfer
Melatonin works well for me, and im about to try valerian root as well to see how that works out.
melissaw72
Do you have something on your mind that is bothering you enough to keep you awake? I would talk to pdoc.
CrankyMe
I don't know your gender, but if you are female, are you premenstrual? Back when I was menstruating I had terrible insomnia in the 2-5 days before my period. Definitely talk to your pdoc (or gdoc) before taking anything to make sure there aren't any contraindications with your current meds.
