alllowercase
Hi Mods I was just wondering if the powers that be have ever considered removing the 'recent visitors' section of the profile pages? One of the ways that I really enjoy using this forum is if someone seems similar to me I like to check out their other posts and see what else they've contributed to... but having my name on their profile makes me a bit anxious about navigating the site in this way. Completely understand that for other people this might be a useful feature but just wanted to double check =) Thanks (Hope this post didn't make me sound like a creepy stalker! I'm really not, promise.)

The Emperor
now that you posted this everybody is going to check out your profile I know I just did! But I log in anonymously so you won't see me on your profile! Hey! You could log in anonymously and then no one would know you're creepily stalking their profiles! He he, no, I know you aren't. I don't think anything of my recent visitors section of my profile.
gizmo
To be honest, I rarely visit my profile page, so I would have no idea if someone visited it 50 times in the past week. And even if that happened, it wouldn't freak me out, because I would think that someone is trying to review old blogs or topics I wrote. I do that sometimes when I find what a person wrote as intriguing (good or bad). I look at their other responses here at CB. So I guess what I'm trying to say is that there are probably a lot of people here who think like I do. So I wouldn't worry a great deal about it. Cetkat
Frankly, it's rather rare that I look at my own profile. I have no need to. Therefore, I have no idea who has been looking at it. I see the profile as mostly a navigational tool and a check for current meds when it's not in the sig.
