As some of you in the UK may know channel 4 is currently airing their '4 goes mad' series of programmes challenging the stigma of mental health disorders. I've been keeping up to date with all of the episodes but there is one which particularly struck a chord for me and I thought that it might be helpful for others with depression.

It also briefly mentions mindfulness which is probably one of the most valuable skills I have learned as a result of becoming depressed and seeking help. - Just thought I'd throw that in there and recommend it to anyone with depression, don't knock it till you've tried and it's been proven to give amazing results, I know this first hand.
