What the hell am I doing

I'm becky newly diagnosed with PPD and anxiety disorder, I've also been on adderall for the last 2 years or so. I started off on effexor and was recently increased to the highest dose, I can't get past the side effects between the bruises all over my body the dry mouth and high blood pressure I begged to get off of it, got a couple weeks os samples of prestiq haven't heard too much about it but I'm hoping it helps diminish the yuckiness
