"Things I like"

Recommended Posts

When I get depressed, sometimes it helps me to think of things that I like. It's the little things that everybody forgets about that can make life worth living. So I thought I'd make a thread about it.

You can post anything you like, how ever much you like. I'll start with a few.

1. Macaroni - It's hands down my favorite food.

2. Thunderstorms - Even though my house got hit by lightning a few years ago (caught on fire, 1/3rd of it destroyed), my favorite weather is still when it's storming.

3. Showers. (I don't like baths, I'm too tall)

4. Having a day where I don't have to go to college/work.

5. Snow - It's a bitch to drive in, but gosh is it pretty.

6. Music.

7. Hats - I just really like hats. (Beanies)

8. Jellyfish - My favorite animal, they're so peaceful looking. Granted, I wouldn't want to touch one.

9. Juice, specifically Orange Juice.

10. Fireplaces. They're neat.

This may be shaped by my rather deep depression but here it goes:

  • Being wrapped up all snug in my blanket when it's chilly (that's how I sleep the best)
  • Hazelnut anything (creamer, ice cream, those one chocolates with the whole hazelnut in the middle, etc)
  • When my cat purrs for no reason
  • Feeling clean after a shower
  • Bacon
  • Watching bloopers on YouTube
