Maddy
Very in-depth information on SUDEP (Full-text article with charts and graphs): EEG and ECG in Sudden Unexplained Death in Epilepsy Here is the PDF: http://www.blackwell-synergy.com/doi/pdf/1...80.2004.05503.x Here is the Table of Contents for the Issue that I got the article from: Epilepsia, April 2004 - Vol. 45 Issue 4 Page 301-400 -- Table of Contents There are many free full text articles available for viewing. Granted, the material is somewhat dated, but it may be of some help to someone.
toronto_girl
I know there are some Canadians on the site (quite a few as I found out recently). When I was first diagnosed with Epilepsy I used this site: http://www.epilepsy.ca/ (They talk about SUDEP, research, medications, treatment options, support groups etc.) And yes, it is bilingual. It also has a list of Canadian Treatment Centres ACross Canada (This is really helpful!) http://epilepsy.ca/eng/left_menu/moreinfo.html#anchor138618 And incase no one has already mentionned it: this is the link for the wonderful Epilepsy Foundation (both US & CAN) They do some terrific works for people like us. www.epilepsyfoundation.org
BangBangSami
I don't know if this would be the right place to ask, but I suffer from Pseudo-seizures, which is obviously not epilepsy. Would any of you happen to have and places where I can find more info?TIA .
