Who has tried it, and what works for you? I recently picked up the kind of old "Feeling Good" by Dr. David Burns, and I've started journaling about it. Have any of you done anything similar to this, and if so, what type of exercises really helped you? I have noticed a lift in my mood since beginning them, but I would really like to add more exercises to my little routine so that I can help myself feel even greater!
