bluelikejazz
It seems this is more an issue of how soon the TGA will do this, not if. Xanax will need to be double-locked in pharmacies and hospitals, and there will be a central database to track prescriptions. I couldn't find a copy of the recommendations online but there's a good article here: http://www.abc.net.au/am/content/2013/s3764456.htm And commentary supporting the change here: http://theconversation.com/why-the-tga-should-make-it-harder-for-people-to-get-xanax-12897
Eden
Xanax isn't even fun, but it does give legitimately tangible relief at time. Fuck tha poleece.
bfff
oh ffs, it's a decent treatment for anxiety. Angela Rintoul has missed the point that people need the short term benefits regularly. "Hur dur, I'm going to be a doc Tor." In terms of all alcohol and drug related attendances, they were second only to alcohol did anyone edit this article? engage brain before publishing morons. Guest
Interesting, If it goes through I might push my pdoc to give me 2mg bars that I can break rather than repeated scripts for the lower dosage. Theres some amount of irony in that.
