I had been feeling that way and have in the past as well. I've been told when I'm depressed or more stable that I still have a flat affect. I feel flat too.

But lowering some of my doses of certain meds has helped. Not saying that that is an option for you but something you may want to discuss with your pdoc.

My pdoc says my affect is pretty flat too. In fact, everyone says my affect is kinda flat. I believe this is just a part of psychosis.

For me, I become extremely flat in the aftermath of a psychotic episode, no matter if it was severe or mild. It's like I used up all my energy and emotions while being psychotic.

Some days, my emotions are quite muted. However, for the most part, my meds have restored my ability to feel.
