Gaining wait since out on disability

I have been off work since Feb. I know my eating habits have been lax as I have been eating oatmeal and bread. I also haven't exercised. Today marks the first day back on the food wagon. I w

My new doctor talked to me about this today. She said "idle hands are devils work" and then she laughed and said I need to start living on a schedule and to be more busy. She said I should start by walking and going up and downstairs at least 50-100 times a day. I am. Not sure if I like this Dr but I think on this one she may be right.

There is no junk food where I live now so maybe this will be easier.
