Arsenic is a naturally occurring ingredient, too.

 

Natural doesn't necessarily mean it's inherently good for you.

 

It's REALLY important to discuss ALL of your OTC meds and supplements with your health care providers.

At best you could be helping yourself ineffectively... at mid-range you could be throwing your money away... and at worst you could be actively working against your own best interests.
