I made it without bingeing TODAY (or YESTERDAY)

I figured I'd start this thread to help myself and others stay motivated/successful/cheered on for not bingeing, in the same vein as the "I took my meds TODAY"and the "I took a shower TODAY" threads on this forum.


So I made it without bingeing last night! I held on to the coping skill from my DBT workbook, specifically the coping thought, "My feelings are strong right now, but eventually they will pass,"and distracted myself by going into chat and asking for help resisting the urge.
