Dealing with OCD to this degree is pretty new for me. I've always been the person who dwells on things and has a hard time letting go, but lately my OCD has gone to a whole new, ridiculous, extreme level. I am constantly obsessing about something. Things that are illogical. I don't know how to stop this behavior. I feel like its going to drive me crazy. My counselor has said that we will begin to address and work on these issues but for now does anyone have any coping techniques. My counselor seems to think that my OCD comes from feeling not good enough and like I need to be perfect. I don't know what it is, but I do know that I need help. It is so exhausting to constantly feel like your brain is turning against your every thought.
