Well for me, I look at the outcome. That if I complete a task I am rewarded with______. I feel so much better too when I do do things as well. If just thinking about the rewards doesn't work, I have found music helpful or I kind of trick myself into it. So if I am in the livingroom and it needs cleaned I will alphabetize the movies and that will create dust, which I hate, so I clean the dust and then I have to then mop so the floors aren't streaky....Im a tad O.C.D. though and I need to check myself lol.

I hope you find the motivation needed. :)

I take Provigil, to help me be more alert and motivated during the day. I also like to drink a cup of coffee each morning. I forgot my coffee one morning, and I could notice the difference in both how tired and how motivated I felt.

Getting organized and having a clear idea of what I need to do to accomplish whatever it is that I want to accomplish is helpful too. I like to make to do lists and put them somewhere where I'll see them and can check things off as I do them during the day.
