panda90
So I've been on these for about 5 days and I'm sleeping so much better than I was but now I'm dizzy all the time except when laying down? Is this OK?
Parapluie
Abilify can cause orthostatic hypotension, which is dizziness when you stand up/change positions. I get orthostatic hypotension all the time cause of Abilify. It sucks, but for me it's mostly just an annoying side effect. I don't know much about Vistaril, unfortunately. If you're feeling dizzy and uncoordinated all the time though, definitely call your pdoc, cause that's no good. jt07
I've never taken Vistaril, but I think I had that dizziness during the first week of Abilify too. It went away for me. However, the orthostatic hypotension never did go away. I just know that I have to get up slowly so it doesn't pose a problem to me. As always, if you are concerned, call your pdoc. tired tammy
I've taken Vistaril for nausea/vomitting due to migraine. It just calms me and makes me sleep.
panda90
I've been on Abilify before and it didn't do this at that point. They took me of it cause I od'ed on it. I just got on back on it. Edited December 9, 2013 by panda90
