Proof that everyone has ugly moments.

Recommended Posts

Yes some look better without the "dolled up" look, in a good number the candid photo was hardly fair,

but the most shocking thing was that I had no real idea who the majority of these "celebrities" were.

They don't plot as celebrities on my Venn diagram.

Not just makeup.  Consider also the lighting for the camera and the strong likelihood of some airbrushing.

(Come on, Chris!  There are two Kardashians in the mix.  Methinks you must live under a rock...lucky man!)

They are the baddies in Star Trek Deep Space Nine, aren't they?

(I never really watched it)

Chris.

Pretty close.  But the baddies actually had brains and made for better entertainment.

If I think about it long enough, the whole painting your entire face up so you look like a different person this is really, really odd.

I don't do it anymore because I feel worse when I wear it. But when it makes people feel better, it's not a bad thing at all.

Also- many of them looked just fine without it. Better, even.

And I agree some of those shots were likely "THIS IS THE WORST PIC OF (______) EVER!"

Yes, but some (by that i mean most) of those celebrities have an amazing bone structure and their bodies are in much better shape than the average person. They also mostly have facial symmetry. Studies have shown people with the most symmetrical faces are considered the most attractive.

I wear makeup daily and have done since i was 13.
