not quite an introduction....

Recommended Posts

So I decided this board is not for me.  I found it helpful, but the community is too large for me to find support....in a way, I feel like I don't even want to try to be part of the loop so I will no longer be posting.

Wanted to say thanks for the visit...

(please move this if it is in the wrong place)

i understand that a place like this is not for everyone.... especially if u are not thrilled by large communities.  many times you do find, though, that u end up convercing more with a core group of people with similar conditions as you... sort of narrowing the community in for ya.  still, everyone is entitled to their opinion and to do whatever they feel would be most helpful for themselves.

i'm glad that you did find some help when you needed it and that you were able to provide other people with info and support.....

sorry to see you go, but our doors are always kept open if you are to change your mind down the road or find yourself in need of support...

best wishes

Heya SandraSabz,

That's too bad that CB isn't for you.

There has been a lot of nonsense here that seems to have started before I joined up, although I wasn't aware for a bit.

There are also a bunch of people who have very-long-running threads on Springer Show, and to be honest, I haven't gone there except with one or two new people who started stories.  Most of those threads have hundreds or thousands of posts already with a group of people and don't make any sense to the rest of us.

I *do* feel left out frequently.

I have found though that when I have posted problems of my own, I have gotten some support, sometimes *lots* of support.

And felt able at times to support others.

Recently even felt okay playing around in the "fun" threads.

Keep looking and I hope you find somewhere in "real life" or on the web that makes you feel welcome.
