TaylorRenee66
Hello, Hi, Hola, Hey, etc. I'm Taylor, and I've got OCD, Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, and MDD, with Psychotic tendencies. I'm not really going to give a life dissertation and spew out my hopes and dreams. I'm practical, I like to crochet, I enjoy reading, I'm a Kemetic/FlameKeeper, Not afraid to tell somebody to go "Fuck Off", and it shows. (My anger fuels this, otherwise I'm an anxiety mess. >.>) I came here to support others and be supported. There is many things I won't do, such as; Form a romantic relationship with anybody online, Meet anybody IRL that I met online, Gossip about other people (My response to that is Fuck off), Give my Real name or my personal information, etc. Pretty standard stuff there. I don't know how many people here use ableist language, but I won't use it, and I don't like it used when it's in regards to me. I won't tell anybody what to say or whom to say it to, unless they're speaking directly to me, about me. I fight to work out my own internal ableist dialogue, and I don't need fuel for the fire. I despise stigma, and I won't censor myself. I talk about my Mental illnesses the way somebody talks about a broken leg, or a cold. To me, it's all equal. That all being laid out from the get go. I DO like to help and support other people, and I am a pretty compassionate person. I just can be very abrasive and blunt, as a defense mechanism. See y'all around. Indigo 'n dye
...ableist language It is not unknown for slurs, denigrations, prejudices, and biases to present on CB. However, for the most part the mods, members, and admins are quick to put a stop to it and point out the errors of the poster's manner of expression. Take a look around, see how the various forums operate and join in when you are ready. Welcome to CB.

Susinko
Hello! I'm new here too. I hope you have a great time on the boards! I do have to ask something though. What is 'ableist language'? I don't know if I've heard the term before so if you could explain it to me, I'd be very grateful.
