anon0422
Hi, I'm Pearl. I apparently have Mood Disorder NOS, Anxiety, and they're questioning Psychosis. I think they're wrong, but whatever. I just got out of a mental hospital, too, so this is my first time on this site.

olga
Welcome to Crazyboards. I think a lot of our members question their diagnosis at first, and in some cases the doctors are wrong. Sometimes they're right. If they can help you to achieve some level of stability, that would be a good thing. Please read our rules when you get a chance, just so you understand how we operate. I'm glad you came here and I hope we can help you out. olga
peacelizard
Hello, hello, hello! Not feeling like a diagnosis or particular aspect of it fits is hard but hopefully you have solid outpt treaters who understand that a good diagnosis is done over a period of time, starting generally with what general category they think you might fit in like mood disorder NOS or psychosis NOS and then fine tuning it with each visit/insight. It should take time. It should be thoughtful. It should mean more than just a code to receive payment from insurance.
