yellowlovesgray
I took some time off specifically to do this. I feel like I should be doing something. But, like, I can't. My words are a huge jumbled mess. I'm feeling better though, so that's good, but I feel really really stupid. What do you do in this state to pass time? shesellsseashells
I watch endless murder mysteries on Netflix and do easy crossword puzzle books. They make me feel like I'm using my brain but aren't frustratingly challenging. I hope this passes for you soon.
mellifluous
i walk a lot. and, frankly, i try to zone out or be occupied. not think about things and just persevere. glad you're feeling better and the dumb and jumble, in my experience, often recedes as i adjust. prolly part of why i try to just keep moving and not remind self of feeling stupid, you know? hope the same is true for you--that you feel better and the feeling stupid and jumbled recedes. oh! i also watch a lot of animated films and Harry potter and stuff that's just easy to zone out on or that i've seen so it's easy. melissaw72
I watch TV a lot. And like mell said, I also try to occupy my time. I'm on CB a lot, go walking, and I also sleep a lot.
