WhiteFemale
I've got the whole sweaty, restless, dry mouth thing going on. I read it's common. A few things that could be a coincidence. But I can definitely say that it has induced some kind of mania, whether it be hypo or not. I feel, act, and come across as high a lot of the time. Sped up talking, can't sit still, ADHD, etc. Insomnia. I don't see the doctor for about 3 more weeks. He's booked. I will call and get on the cancel list. Until then...what it do? do you think he'll have me wait it out i've been showering in my own sweat with light activity
jt07
When you call to get on the cancellation list, explain what is going on and ask what you should do. Your doctor should be able to give you some direction on the phone if you can't get in to see him earlier.
Jessamine
I think a fast tracked appointment is a good idea. And I agree, explain what's going on and why you need one asap. How long have you been on Cymbalta? I found that initially, trying to get onto Celexa, that I too felt a little manic. I think I slept about 3 hours a night, I felt like I was on speed, my heart was racing I talked a lot, I was busy busy busy. The dry mouth was truly awful. I remember walking with a water bottle ALL day. It all passed though. I think it took about 10 days and I started to calm down. It took a good month to wear off totally though.
