I'm not really sure what to say since I won't be starting the process of getting treatment until next week. I'm not really sure what to expect. I have not been diagnosed with anything yet, but I have a lot of symptoms of depression. Lately suicide is all I think about. I feel like I lack a lot the abilities it takes to be able to function and I have been having a hard time not losing control of my emotions. I also have been having a more difficult time functioning at work. I am there right now; I have been resisting the urge to not show up for the last couple of weeks. Anyway thank you to anyone who happens to read this. If there's anything you'd like to know about me feel free to ask, and I'll try to answer to the best of my ability. I sometimes have a hard time putting my thoughts to words and it took me several attempts to be able to make a post here. I'm just hoping I'll be able to find some people to relate to here. I don't know what your diagnosis will turn out to be, but if you are thinking about suicide then depression is likely a part of it. Depression is a killer in more ways than one. Hopefully, you will get excellent care and be feeling much better soon. Feel free to join us in chat if you need/want to talk. Someone is usually in chat at all times. Also, feel free to start a blog. It helps sometimes to get the bad feelings out. Plus, the people in blogland are very supportive. Anyway, I hope getting a diagnosis will point you in the direction of appropriate treatment. Let us know if there is anything about this place that you don't understand.
