Why panicked today!?

Was there something you wanted to talk about (maybe subconsciously) but didn't bring it up during the group?  Sometimes when I have something on my mind and I want to bring it up, but can't get myself to do it, I'll get kind of panicky. 


I don't go to groups, but this sometimes happens when talking to people.  Then I'm all stressed out an anxious because whatever it is that I wanted to say is still on my mind, and that will cause more anxiety.

Melissa makes a good point. Sometimes when I want to bring up something to my boss, I get nervous before the meeting, during the meeting and after the meeting. And when I do get the courage to say what I wanted to say, the anxiety sometimes goes away. It's a 50/50 thing.
