straightjacket
Juste been to the GPs surgery for a check up and noticed on the computer that it said major paranoid delusions, what on earth do they mean by that? Obviously they wanted me to see it as it was there clear as day, something going off I think.
Savannah
I have a similar question for myself. I was released with a DX of Bipolar Affectine Disorder, severe and recurrent mixed episode with psychotic features. I have. Never had a mixed DX or severe. Hopefully that helps out my Ssdi hearing. g8orgirl
A delusion is when you believe in something that isn't true or isn't happening. To have a paranoid delusion would mean a person believes that someone or something is conspiring against them or spying on them etc. Using the word major probably means they think this had a pretty significant impact on your functioning and quality of life.
