I haven't read the article yet, but I agree that exercise is one of the best treatments for depression. Not that it can cure everyone's depression, but I do think it can improve just about anyone's mood.

The problem is that when you feel like whale shit at the bottom of the ocean, it's really hard (impossible?) to get motivated enough to actually do it.
