I work outdoors and need to be in a T-shirt and shorts. Do all ACs risk you getting dehydrated or burnt easily? If so, are there some better when you work outdoors, than others?

Is it just burning and dehydration that you have to worry about? Can to much sun reduce the efficiency of the medication?

It can't be lamotrigine due to cost issues.

^^I agree with the light-colored clothes and hat.  When I wear black clothes in the sun, I burn up and get very over-heated, and that isn't even from any specific medication.  A hat that I wear outside, the one that I use, has a kind of vented top, so it keeps my head cool in the summer, and warmer when colder out.
