Wonderful.Cheese
I take 140 mg of Latuda now for SZA BP type. I just had my dose upped because I've been quite manic. I don't know if it is helping or not I just started the increase 2 days ago. Did you have any specific questions about it? I've lost weight but I just got off of seroquel so that could be why. Now the weight loss has stopped though. That's ok. You have to eat at least 350 calories with it each time for it to absorb or work properly. It makes me a bit sleepy so I take it at dinner and it helps me sleep then at night. I also take klonopin, lunesta, and a drowsy allergy pill (zyrtec, which I need for seasonal allergies) for sleeping purposes. It has made my thinking clearer than when I took 800 mg of seroquel. Also I'm not so tired. But also taking provigil for narcolepsy/hypersomnia so that helps with my sleep disorders too. That's all I can think of for now! AnnaBanana
I take 60mg. I'm bipolar II. I've taken it for 3 years now. I'm completely stable, no issues, no side effects.

crtclms
I've been on it since last summer, and I am at 80mg. I love it, it is the first time I have been stable in years. I've gained a *little* weight on it, but I think that is mostly bad eating habits. One drawback is it makes me really constipated.
Twidder
I haven't had a hypomania episode since I've been on it, but the depression still grinds away. It has, like all the anti-psychotics in it's category, raised my prolactin levels. I was switched from risperidol because of this and Latuda is just as bad. The downside of high prolactin in a man is ED and low testosterone. My PCP and Pdoc talked and decided to put me on testosterone and that has helped the symptoms.
