IcePrincess88
I'm on 300mgs of Seroquel XR and I have been having horrible dry mouth. No matter how much I drink, my mouth is still dry. Has anyone else experienced this side effect and is this common?
Gearhead
It's very common, and very annoying. Drinking water is good, because Seroquel can also cause constipation, but it doesn't relieve the feeling in your mouth. Try the Biotene products. Also chewing sugar-free gum and sucking on sugar-free candies and help you salivate.
rowan77
I am on Seroquel and also have a very dry mouth. It could be my other meds, lithium, prozac and lamictal. I also have chronic constipation.
IcePrincess88
I also have chronic constipation, but I assumed that came from my pain pills (Norco). I didn't know Seroquel could cause that too!
