I've come to this forum for years when looking for symptom and medication advice, and I love the place. I wish it was more active, but I bet that's because people lurk and don't post, like I was doing. I'm a Certified Peer Specialist, so I went through a special intensive training to be able to use my own mental health experience to help others in need. I spend a lot of time posting on reddit to various mental health subs when I think I can add something that hasn't already been said. I feel like I should do the same here. Just as importantly, I feel that this is a place where I can also ask for advice when I need it. I'm not sure how often I'll post, but having an account ready to do so is better than lurking. Those with "Inmate" under their names are mods or admins, and we're always around in case you need something, have any questions or concerns. It seems like every time I log on, there are so many new posts that I can never get around to reading them all.
