Mind charity is looking for reviewers for antipsychotics and talking treatments

Recommended Posts

I don't know if it's open for everywhere but they're looking for people to give personal reviews of first hand experience with using antipsychotics. You need to be 18 or older and it requires a minimum of two hours. You'll also make a little bit of money from it. I thought it might interest some people to give an account of their experiences, especially some positive ones. I think there's too much negative responses to medication.

Interesting, I submitted an application. We need to stop demonizing antipsychotics, IMO, because they have so many uses and this is a good start.

Yes! Antipsychotics have changed my life. If I had to rely only on antidepressants, I would be without hope.

I'm happy you're all interested in it! I'd register myself for it but I barely have any experience with this type of medicine, I only recently started and I'm on a low dose so I don't think I'd be able to provide a ton of information about my experience with them.

I do like Mind's website, full of useful information and is laid out really well. They give you nice and clear information and their videos are very good too. The YouTube selfies that other people are given to them to upload are helpful too, giving personal stories of people's experiences; videos display what words cannot sometimes.

Do you have a link to the 'Mind' site?  I am not on FB and the only way I could find to get to the site was to sign up for FB, which I do not want to do.

i had that same problem and found it by googling: http://www.mind.org.uk/information-support/review-and-quote-landing/reviewing/

i'm unsure i'll do it as i just don't like places having my contact information, but i've taken a number of them, so i might decide it'd be worth it if i could be helpful...

glad others are doing it regardless.
