MinisculeDeer
My name is Holly, I am a diagnosed clinically depressed hypochondriac. I'm 17, I have been having a depressive episode for almost a year now and have been out of school since it began. I have not seen a therapist or been medicated in almost 2 years, just trying to make it day to day. I am very paranoid about the government, bodily functions, people's intentions (including close family members). I love art, Beat generation literature, the video game industry and music of all kinds. Thanks for reading!
olga
Hi Holly, and welcome to Crazyboards. I'm sorry that you aren't seeing a therapist. Is there any possibility of getting one? I can't imagine going through a bad depression with no medication and no counseling. olga
jt07
Welcome, Holly! It must be tough trying to make it through a depressive episode without meds or therapy. I'm sorry to hear that, and I hope things turn around for you. But I'm glad you found us and if you have any questions, please feel free to PM me or any staff member.
