I am wondering if you believe it is best to work with a Therapist who specializes in psychosis. I have been seeing a Therapist for about five months and am not happy with the progress being made at all. He has mentioned he has only worked with a few Schizophrenic and it definitely shows. Did you search for therapists who specialize in schizophrenia or psychosis? Do you think it is better to do so?

My psychiatrist does my therapy but if I had to get a therapist, it probably would be better to find a therapist specializing in psychosis or schizophrenia if you are not happy with your current therapist.  A therapist with more experience in that area would probably be better suited to help.
