Liking comments

When I "like" a comment on a blog (I haven't tried elsewhere) I get a popup that says "you cannot give reputation to this user".

It does register the "like" so this is probably a bug in the software that doesn't do any harm, it's just confusing.

I'm accessing from a Winbook tablet with windows 8.1 using internet explorer 11.0.96
