inabook Posted December 29, 2015 Share Posted December 29, 2015 Hi! So, I am having a problem with an autoreply and am trying to understand where the problem comes from. I send an email to the email box. Receive nothing for several days (not always the same number), and then randomly get the autoreply, apparently when the owner of the mail box opens their emails (using outlook 2010). Is it possible that because of some weirdness the autoreply gets sent only once the email has been open (which makes the autoreply much less useful, since by then I have indeed noticed that I was not getting any reply and deduced that the person was not available). Is it my mail box (gmail + windows live mail) that causes it? If yes, how can I fix it? I am sorry I am terrible at that kind of things and have no idea what is going on.
