The Right Honourable Jimmy Posted January 11, 2016 Share Posted January 11, 2016 Weirdly enough I feel more energized during the night. I'm more motivated to do things. The only thing that sends me to sleep is my medication however I sleep for 3-4 hours and I wake up. During the day I keep falling asleep. The problem is I'd rather sleep during the day and be awake at night but I have college. During the night,the only time that I could fall asleep is at the point where I'm doing something and I can't keep my eyes open. I do not have the patience to lay on my bed for half an hour till I fall asleep because during the night I'm motivated to do shit than during the day. I end up takin my pills later that I should because I want to stay up and I don't get to bed till 4 in the morning. then I have to wake up for college and at the start I feel rested but once I get out of the house and on the bus I'm so bloody tired. I can think better, get stuff done, etc. I used to sleep 1-2-3 hours at a time, with mainly the whole night open, sleeping mostly during the day. But I have been trying to change back to mostly night sleeping, even though I feel better at night. I'm doing this because I just can't function most of the day if I am up for the night, and then have to go out for the day. There has been more noise here during the day also, which prevents me from sleeping during the day. But I definitely know how the night is such a more valuable time for me than during the day.
