melissaw72
Idk if this answers your question or not, but I'll try and answer it: I think there are "ups and downs" (being hypo/manic or depressed), regardless of the medication. The medication could make a hypo/manic or depressed episode milder than without meds. For example, I've been on the same cocktail for a long time, and I still get depressed and sometimes hypo/manic. But I think the episodes are milder than if I was off my medication. I hope this makes some sense.
