Just thought I'd leave this here. It's a totally free cognitive-behavioural therapy online. It's interactive: you have to complete some exercises about your feelings/thoughts, so not only you can learn the CBT theory.

It's been quite hard for me to keep up with it as I don't remember it every week, but it's helped me spot some unconscious thoughts I had, and I can stop them better now. I hope it's useful for you!
