Zoloft dosage question and other zoloft questions

Recommended Posts

Guys I hope that I never upset anyone in complaining about things. I know we all have our own issues and much worse then mine.

In regards to my eyes ...

I have went to 3 ophthalmologists and 2 specialists at Columbia in NYC. Retinal and glaucoma.

The pain that existed when I was on 125 zoloft in Florida is no longer there.

But I do have burning and discomfort. It's a direct relation to meds as 8pm comes around my eyes start feeling better.

We know this isn't my ocd because my tinnitus did in fact go away and was Cleary not a rumination.

What is the next step? I believe this is the only thing holding me back from getting better. There has to be an answer. As Jt said there has to be eye drops..

It must be something we are over looking . When I say I get more accomplished and questions answered on this board then i do with most drs.

Yes .. anything both expensive and inexpensive. Including Restatis which cost 400$ because insurance didn't cover it :(

Did you get any relief at all from the eye drops?

The minor relief lasts for about 10 minutes.

The pain is nothing like it was on zoloft

Hmm. That is strange, although I must say that irritated and burning eyes makes more sense than other eye pain. You could be getting anticholinergic (sp?) effects that have the effect of drying out your mucus membranes. Antihistamine effects can also dry you out.

You seem to have unusually sensitive eyes.

Yes, I have been for well over a week or 2? Sorry I didn't mention that.

Ok, so the moderator in me is going to suggest that you start a new thread more relevant to your current situation and issues.

No need to do a long recap. A short summary and a link to this thread will do.
