96.4% sure something about ocd. Noticed something was significantly off close to a year ago. Done alot of research, and I know self diagnosis is mostly frowned upon.

 Basically like this; step here, don't step there, walk around that pole, step on this exact crack with this EXACT part of your exact foot. Can sometimes be ignored, sometimes not and if you do something wrong, gotta do something like: walk back to that tree you walked around wrong the first time, and do it again, or something like: hop on one foot a few times, put that rock in your pocket, don't touch it, throw it, step around it, walk in circles around it, put it in your fucking pocket! 

Guess I just want opinions.

Has been more frequent, but not as obvious.                                  ..          ..

We can't diagnose you. I recommend that you see a psychiatrist and tell him all that and get appropriate treatment.

Having said that, some of what you posted is familiar to me.
