Why are you taking activated charcoal? and when are you taking it? The whole point of activated charcoal is to bind to things so they don't bind to receptors in your body. That's why it's frequently used in cases of poisoning and overdose (depending on other factors).

It looks like one of the things you're being treated for is ADD/ADHD based on the methylphenidate and Concerta. I assume the paroxetine and Wellbutrin are for depression. Is the Abilify to augment the antidepressants, or for some other purpose?

I presume the clonazepam is for anxiety, but could also be used for other things, and that the trazodone is for sleep (but also helps with depression). Trazodone at a stand alone 25mg is a VERY, very low dose. Is the gabapentin for neuropathy, seizures, mood stabilizer, sleep or something else?

Apple cider vinegar for...? GERD?

Without knowing more about you and what symptoms you're targeting, it's difficult to do anything other than wild ass guessing. Also, since none of us are medical professionals, just random nutters on the internet, who knows if we even know what we're talking about.

Is there a reason why you asking this question?  Is there something you like/don't like, or is it a good combo, etc.

I agree with Wooster about the activated charcoal ... that binds meds together and you poop them out along with the charcoal (they don't absorb if you take the charcoal with other meds).

Or talk to your psychiatrist about it (if you currently have one; don't know who your prescribing DR is) ... maybe s/he can work with you on getting your meds straightened out.

If you don't have a psychiatrist already, I would highly suggest finding one.
