I really really really need some help. Everytime I fall asleep I sleep for exactly one hour and then wake up from the worst nightmare I've ever experienced. Every time is a new worst one I've slept 5 hours in the last week and I used to sleep really good but with this I just can't. Should I see the doctor and change medicines or ignore it because it's a side effect and it's not hurting me ? Also ant tricks to make the nightmares not so bad.

I take 500mg twice a day of depakote and I take 3 or 4 tablets of melatonin to sleep
