confused
I have a cpap device and i have been using it a couple months but I have been having a lot of trouble. It gets uncomfortable so I take it off during the night. I saw the sleep dr the other day. I am not wearing it enough and still having too many episodes while wearing it, so he increased the air. But, it feels like it is suctioning or it blows air in my face. I took it to a friend of a friend who wears a similar one.I showed her it and she said it was working properly. She told me if it suctions, to release it a little or loosen the straps. Tongiht was the first night I think I wore it right. I could feel the air streaming consistently. I would readjust it if it stopped. I woke around 2 am but that isn't unusual. I hopefully will get more sleep before morning.
Retromancer
Do you use a full mask or a nasal pillow? I have a nasal pillow and find it quite comfortable. (Originally started due to facial hair.) Edited January 4, 2017 by Retromancer
