She appears to be essentially an unlicensed "life coach" type person who's making up pseudo scientific terms because anhedonia "didn't resonate" with her.

It looks like her "program" has some good things to offer.

I'd be cautious, though, because a) she doesn't have the training or education of a therapist, b) she comes off as a zealot about her approach, and c) as an unlicensed "coach" you do not have any of the rights or protections you would have if you sought similar approaches from licensed therapists, counselors, clinical social workers, psychologists, etc.
