clonazepam not working for anxiety anymore

Used to work great for me - I don't think I've developed a tolerance issue, because I've been taking this drug in the same dose range for years, and not always daily. Anyone else experience this?

I felt like this a few times over the years..that's why I would switch between Xanax and klonopin every so often.

This happened to me, but I feel that my case *was* tolerance. I'd been on it for years and then grdually over a period of a month or two it just stopped working. I'm on valium now, and while I don't feel the 'calming' effect physically that klonz gave me, I do not have as much anxiety as I did when the klonz quit working.

i sometimes feel that way........and ive recently switched around alot of them, and none seem to be doing it lately, but things are bad

Clonazepam stopped working for me after 3 years at 3 mg, but I'm pretty sure that in my case it was tolerance.

You can also do a background med like gabapentin/lyrica/clonidine etc. and then use the benzo for breakthrough. To me that makes sense with Xanax
